StarSoft Inc built the StarCoin app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by StarCoin Inc at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at StarCoin unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We Information Do We Collect?

  1. Your account information. When you login StarCoin for the first time using Google, you provide us with your email, name and profile picture.
  2. Your payment information. When processing payout to you, we will need your e-wallet information (dependent on which country you’re in). For example, if you are a user from the US, we will need your PayPal email to process payout to you.
  3. Your GAID. We use your GAID to perform fraud detection and serve ads in the app.
  4. Log information. Including logging information about app behavior and crashes. This helps us monitor app status, fix bugs and constantly improve user experience.

How we use your information

  1. To provide you with the services. We use your information to provide you with the services in StarCoin. For example we need your email for identification and keeping track your task and reward record. When processing payout, we use your payment account to make sure you can receive the reward we send you. We use your GAID indirectly (required by 3rd party ad providers) to show ads and tasks in our app.
  2. To contact you. When you request to delete data, or there’s major policy change we will contact you using your email.
  3. To provide customer service. We use your email account to respond to your questions about our products and services, and to investigate bugs or other issues.

How we disclose your information

In most cases your information are secure and will remain undisclosed. The GAID information is required by 3rd party ad providers because it’s necessary to show ads and display tasks for you to finish.

In the event of a company sale, merger, accquisition or bankcrupcy, your information might be disclosed for company evaluation.

How we protect your information

All information sent within our services is encrypted both in transit and at rest. For example, we use Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) to encrypt text and images in transit. We also enforce technical and administrative access controls to limit which of our employees and contractors have access to nonpublic personal information.

Data retention

We retain personal information until we determine it is no longer needed for the processing purposes for which we collected or retain it or for legal compliance. When you request for your data to be deleted and your request is approved, your data will be deleted and become no longer available.

Data Deletion

If you wish to stop using StarCoin and request to delete your account and related data, you can do so by directly submitting the deletion request in the feedback page of the app, or by sending a request to our support email [email protected]. Please make sure to include your user ID (referral code) in the subject of the email.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.


Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service. Please note that in purpose of fraud detection and contact synchronization, we will also upload your contact list to our server after you have given us the permission to access your contact list.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
